Rick Zeek began his musical life playing organ and singing in his church in Pennsylvania as a child of 10 years. In the early '90s he accepted the job of Music Director, and for 7 years he was the Worship Leader for both the church and for youth camps and men’s spiritual retreats, during which time his Gospel writing and performing career began.

From 2006 through 2008, Rick co-produced and directed the music at the “Three Bells Cafe", a music ministry/spiritual music venue in Santa Cruz that featured many local artists as well as his own group at that time, Brookside.

He was a member of the Sista Monica Gospel Choir for over three years, leaving to work on and record his own gospel music.

Rick is currently a worship leader at the First Palo Alto United Methodist Church.

He also co-leads "Matthew, Mark, Uke & John", a Gospel Ukulele gathering and Festival Workshop;

Rick is excited to be finishing up a gospel CD, "The Gap", to be released October 23, 2022. (see the music link)

"This is a project that's been in the works for a long time," Rick says, "It's a very important and very personal project for me. I see it as a springboard for the rest of my spiritual songs and writings."
